Barry Town United are delighted to confirm that Jordan Cotterill has signed a new contract with the football club.
Jordan is one our longest-serving players, having first joined the club in 2013. He played a key role in our promotions from Welsh League Division Three and Division One, helping us rise from the fourth tier back to the top flight in the space of four seasons.
He has remained a mainstay in midfield in the Cymru Premier and captained the team home and away against Cliftonville in our first European tie in 16 years in 2019.
Now 32, Jordan continues to put in dynamic and influential performances in the middle of the park. To date, he has made 191 appearances for Barry and scored 75 goals.
Gavin Chesterfield said: “Jordan has been a big part of our success in recent years and now moves into his eighth full season with us. He had a very good campaign last year in terms of goals and assists and I’m excited for what lies ahead.”
